Where do we ship?
We currently accept online orders within the United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. For perishable items, we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address.   We are an e-commerce business and only accept orders through our website and not over the telephone. How do we ship and deliver?
We currently offer different shipping methods detailed below; however, not every method is available for every product. Multiple orders are not bulked together; they are billed and shipped separately. Therefore, all packages may not arrive at the same time. ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS OF US RECEIVING THE ORDER. We do not offer same day delivery.  We do guarantee 24-48 hour local delivery based on the product and the quantity dependent upon the time that the order was placed.  If we have a failed local delivery attempt that is beyond our control (example: wrong address submitted, recipient not available to accept the order, etc), there is a $30 additional delivery charge required before we attempt a second delivery.
 
Shipping
Packages are shipped to arrive within three to five business days of placing your order. Rural Routes, Military addresses and Colleges/Universities are shipped Ground.  We do not ship to PO boxes.  Shipping to the Mountain and Pacific time zones, pricing will vary based on the number of days of shipment. States: WA, OR, NV, CA, ID, MA, ND, SD, WY, CO, NM, AZ, and UT all require FedEx Express overnight or 2nd day Air shipping. (shipping price is depended on rates and are not standard).  We do not offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or the US Virgin Islands.  Please call to get rates before placing your order.  If you have your own FedEx or UPS account, we will only charge for the dry ice and shipping container.   Ground and Home Ground-Delivery -Packages are shipped to arrive in 1-3 business days depending on your location.  Express – Packages are shipped to arrive in 1-2 business days depending on which Express option you request Overnight or 2 day Air.  Overnight – Orders placed prior to noon EST will arrive the following business day by 4:30 PM if they are being delivered to a business or 7:30 PM to a residence. Additional fees for Express Saturday delivery.
 
When do we ship?
All items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. We do not ship on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We ship Fed Ex Home Delivery Monday- Wednesday and to Fed Ex Ground Monday- Wednesday day. (depending on where the order is shipped). Express orders are shipped Monday through Thursday.  Orders placed which are to be shipped or delivered during the month of November and December will have the following restrictions:

How much will it cost?
Shipping and delivery charges are based on the cost of the order and where it is being shipped.

Can I pay by check or money order?
We do not currently accept checks or money orders for online purchases.

How do I modify or change an order?
You may make changes to your order up to 60 minutes after you submit your order. To make changes, please call us at 404-245-2491.  Emails are not accepted for order changes.

Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Sorry, but we cannot guarantee orders for which we are given an incorrect address or acts of God that are beyond our control.

OUR FRESHNESS GUARANTEE
We use premium ingredients to ensure maximum freshness and guarantee fresh arrival. If any of our products fail to meet your freshness expectations, please call or email us for a prompt exchange or credit. Sorry, but we cannot guarantee orders for which we are given an incorrect address, or shipping delays due to weather conditions. Incorrect addresses will be charged an additional $25 minimum to re-route or if we attempt a local delivery and no one is available to accept the delivery we can either leave the desserts or make a second attempt which we will bill you for the cost of the delivery again. We value customer loyalty and want you and your gift recipient to be delighted with our products.

OUR REFUND POLICY
Gerald’s Heavenly Desserts stands by its products, however, refund claims must be made within 1 hour of purchase by phone only.
